For a human in your style, it does look quite pretty, but I will note out some minor things which you could slightly improve next time. Here I go.

The main thing that look a bit weird is the neck: unless it is in your style to drew them so, it seems too small near the base of the head, giving the head a bigger impression than what it actually is.
The headphones, while having a rather nice design, do seem a bit of of angle: the left one does not have this sense of 'depth/inclinasion' according to the angle KItzu's body is facing, but again, I can't be too sure about this one.

On the bright side of things, most of the drawing is well colored and shaded; the texture of the coat is interesting, especially with the way the lights and shades affect it.
The iris has this special touch you specialize at, with rather magnificient effects of coloring, and so does the hair, although looking a bit glossy.
