Hey so... this is the product of my Friday. A self portraitYeah pretty much all i did was this. I spent a lot of time on the details, especially the skin and the shirt. I dont know if yall can see it but im really proud of how the inside elbows look.
This is the best i can do for right now, so i would REALLLLLLLYYY love it if you guys could please tell me what you like and dont like about it. Especially what i could work on.

haha no, I was not looking at it in full view. you are right, when I look at it enlarged, the expression does seem to fit the picture better, although I'm personally not a fan of squinting. (off topic, but maybe you should change your signature, because you've been *depressed* for like 2 years now XD lol)

I like this one. I think you did a very good job on alot of it, the hair especially, as the individual strands are very nicely defined separately. If I had to critique one part of it though, it would probably be the face, because it doesn't seem to fit the mood very well of this picture. Between the respective shapes of the mouth and eyes, you look more confused that happy. Great job overall though

Hahaha, thanks so much camy for taking the time to write out such a nice, long comment. Im glad you like the hair, i've never really done much with hair, and have basically ignored it up until now. And with regards to the face comment, are you looking at it in full view? because she's smiling with squinted eyes... I dont know, maybe i view expressions differently than most people, but thanks for telling me about it! i'll play closer attention to it later.
