I don't know about you, but I've noticed how lazy I've been!
How I just.... sketch things and then just make them have pretty colors. But... some part of me doesn't care because I know my scetches always come out better than REALLY worked on drawings XDAnyways..... Shinx is my favorite Pokemon. So.... I MADE MEEE!!! XD Hopefully some of you will think it's cute XD

I'm sorry it took me foreverrrr to reply! D: But I forgot how I did it, so I had to go on my other computer to look at PhotoShop to remember! lol
But you have to select the "Gradient Tool", it's in the same thing as the "Paint Bucket Tool". But select the Gradient Tool, then go to the top and go to the rectangular drop down to select a rainbow pattern. Then go over to the "Mode" drop down box and select "Overlay". Then go to the image you picked, I clicked in a top corner, held it and dragged a line across to the opposite corner. When you let go of the mouse, it should be rainbow!
