Hair - rough block with Opaque Brush, refine with dense and mapping pen. Make strands with brush and pen and transparent darker areas
Multiply next layer and refine shadows

Eyes - Butcher youtube speedpaints until satisfied :'D add shadows to highlights and translucent bubble complementary colour on "Add"
