FUCK YOU ART-BLOCK. I hate your guts.This is the only decent thing I've painted for weeks. That's kinda pathetic. I've got half a dozen crappy sketches and in the end I decided to play it safe and paint a portrait. Pfft.
I'm pretty tired of the pink colour-scheme. Too. Much. Pink. When I started this I didn't know who I wanted to paint, so I might've chosen slightly differently if I'd known it'd be Tobias xD
Anyway, this is my demon-OC Tobias. He's appeared in my comic once and will be there again at some point!
I'm trying out some new stuff again. This was done on a single layer, which saved me a head-ache as I can never figure out how layers in Photoshop are supposed to work. So yeah, one layer, woooo!

Well, he looks pretty cool overall.
I'd reccomend making the upper part of the face longer, his chin is too long and almost covers his whole face, though with the way you made the cheekbone stand out, it looks Ok, i suppose it's just an artistic preference.
His nose is really well made, i can't see a single error in it, but i do see a very little error with the piercing, it should be a bit more open, because it looks like it's piercing right through a very thick and meaty part of the nose, piercings usually don't go in those parts.
I like his hair, it's very messy and it looks realistic but i think it needs just a bit of volume.
The eyes are one of the best parts of the drawing, i mean, they look very shiny and realistic, but they look a bit...weird, like they are looking in different directions, my problem isn't with the eyes, but with their positioning.
As for the lips and the horns, they're perfectly executed.
BTW: The pink background does fit the drawing.
