Far stronger and more powerful, blitzes him to kingdom come, has far more experience under his belt and is more intelligent, versatility is comparable, his hax is better, and oh yeah Cell is literally incapable of hurting him
Even ignoring that Cell's regeneration is canonically based on a specific cell surviving, not "he can regenerate from anything" (It's why the Instant Transmission Kamehameha was cut from Kai, because it was treated as a plothole with how his regen actually works in the manga), assuming that Ultron had to kill every last part of Cell, not only is he fast enough to easily manage it before Cell could regen, but even if Cell got multiple Zenkai Boosts from nearly dying and respawning from what was left, he still cannot even dent Ultron

Yup I think most people have only watched the film and a few cartons, but in the comics he taken hits from hulk and Thor which are pretty casual solar system level but have way here feats like high galaxy to universal level of power

Well, Ultron has good chance to win because he is a threat to Thor who fought against Hyperion, who survived an incursion that destroyed two universes, and Silver Surfer , who contained two universes. Thor consistently matched and bested the Hulk , who channels the power of two universes. Plus, his All-Father Ultron form can solo most of Dragon Ball-verse unless Xenoverse characters appears to stop All-Father Ultron.

But that feats are not from VS Battles Wiki, that feats are from Versus Compendium Wiki who is more smart to show characters at their strongest maximum potential unlike VS Battles. Plus, Character Stats and Profiles Wiki also have better research than VS Battles and VS Battles is not always reliable to most peoples.

I got the idea from Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite. I just replaced Sigma with Cell and because they're both machines I can see something like that happening in a real crossover with these two.
