Thank you, and thank you for the tips.  This is the look I was aiming for (personal preference on my part), but at the same time I agree with your point that it looks like it's parked on the track and hence no one can really tell how fast this car was running.  The next time I shoot cars in motion I'll have to experiment with shutter speeds and see if I can find a happy medium between the two, where the car is still clear enough for my liking but the image gives a reasonable impression of speed.

Also very popular with the fans for the charity runs. They had to set the Riley up fastracked for the people who specifically asked for a ride in it.

My dad and I were offered a ride by mr moskowitz in his olds special, but he got a hole in his radiator today.

I saw them working their asses off on it. Don't know if they made the quick fix they were hoping for. He says he's got as lot to sort out with it- fast but not handling in a way he's comfortable with.

Heck I'd have helped them mix that stuff. Worked with it with some of Dad's modeling. Ahh, the smell of epoxy.
