EXACTLY how I pictured the mutts in the books! What do they look like in the movie though?

They look kinda like a mutant mastiffs. Not so much like wolves. They are scary but near as creepy as the book. Also the don't stand on their hind legs or have tribute eyes (the creepiest part).

I painted it in adobe cs5 with a wacom tablet. I also did a basic mockup up of the figures in sketchup to set the composition.
