There's information on Elsa's account, but the main differences (currently) are that they're smaller than normal ponies, about the size of birds. Second, they have magical voices, like sirens. The species is still very new and a work in progress, so there will most likely be more obvious physical changes from normal ponies other than size and hair-flowiness.

Basically, they are very tiny horse sirens (like in greek mythology). Singing breezies, if you will. If you'd like to know more, I'd recommend checking out Elsa's journal, she posted some information about them. There's also a species info sheet that she posted recently, if you'd like even more facts/drawings.
