Anatoly Dyatlov was a Soviet Engineer who supervised the Test of Block 4 at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant on the night of the explosion. I drew him cause I did Akimov on another Post. Dyatlov was accused of violating safety Regulations from 51 Control Rods out of the core to 205 Rods out of the core.
