Melody was stuck out in a storm with an idiot mercenary. Despite the density of the storms, he was determined to head out. Presumably, he'd taken her as some form of snack, which she found nothing short of insulting. Apparently there was some treasure to be had in the sands... and she was there to be his misfortunate fucking pack-animal when they found it.
