Description
Tobey is a supporting character and an antagonist in Grand Regalia.

He is the leader of the gang The Chimaira. Originally, he, Scoops, TJ and Rebecca (back when she was known as Becky) were the only members of the gang. It was until Violet found out that Becky, her closest and best friend of all, was in a gang and never even told her about it or let her join in.

Violet ended her friendship with Becky, which led to Becky quitting the gang. Ironically after Becky dropped out, Violet persuaded the others of the Chimaira to let her join in. They accepted her, and allowed her to join. However, shortly when they became a full-fledged, non-violent gang, a terrifying incident occurred which caused all of them to undergo a mystifying transformation. Becky was the only one unaffected.
