Custom: Upon fusion/evolution, the smaller form's golden Cosmog collar was reforged into a custom power limiter. It is roughly the same, but clearly shows human workmanship.

Reasoning: Evolution of the Rapidash part of him greatly increased his size, caused the mane to creep down the back a little, and increased his legginess/gracefulness of build. The addition of furfrou via fusion also lengthened the mane/tail/ear tufts and ears, and caused even more lanky a build via it's sighthound influence. He has generally Skitty-like trimmings(tail, ears, nose, mod markings), now, on a more furfrou/rapidash frame. Mane/Tail billows and glows like a combo of Cosmog's clouds and Rapidash's flame, but is made up of long hair/fur a la furfrou, and emits no heat under normal conditions. Base color from Furfrou and Cosmong, and nebula body/markings via Cosmog (nebula markings can sometimes show up in other areas and/or look as if they are distant space, but IDK how to draw that XD). Blue eyes from Cosmog.

Info: ( This is one of my original character designs recreated as a pokemon hybrid. ) He is cool, distant, and unearthly. He seems neutral, but benevolent, though one might be inclined to be suspicious of his intentions. His mane and tail appear to be normal hair, but they float and flicker against gravity like flame - some strands glow slightly, yet emit no heat. He seems quiet and peaceful, but it is like the peace of the void- silent, empty. Sometimes you can feel his mood has changed, though he has yet move. It is a frightening aura, hungry and powerful, like the draw of a black hole. In this state, when he moves, it's like a streak of shadow and light, sharp, swift, and precise, but in it, he is prone to slip quickly into disconcerting, wild rampages that seem at odds with his normal demeanor. So far, though, he has always came out of them, once whatever necessary, visceral task was complete, calm and ineffable as ever, as if that seemingly berserker rage was not as uncontrolled as it appeared to be. One wonders if that makes it better, or worse.
