He fits the description very well! I like the way he's portrayed as a pudgy, perpetually innocent-looking character. One has no problem believing that this is the sidekick who always ruins the plans of their smarter counterpart. Using different shades of blue for the hair and clothing allows the sprite to be unified without making it difficult to discern what one is looking at. The full set of angles is made interesting by the various poses in each.
I'm not familiar with spriting, so I can't really give any constructive criticism. So I'll just leave it at that. ^^ Good work.
