She's a water elemental! Drawn with a regular HB and colored pencils.
Some fun facts:
-the rings around her neck, waist, "ankles" and wrists actually keep her form intact!
-her actual mind and self resides in the gem on her neck. the rest of her form besides the braces is just water, magically compressed to act as a semifluid of sorts.
-she has "selective intangibility": she's only solid(ish) when/where she wants to be, and in any other case solid matter just goes right through her.
