The last of the C3s, a woeful end of a woeful line. No '83s, and then a return to progress with the C4.
C1: the original
C2: Sting Ray, a vast improvement over the original
C3: Stingray, a heavier car on a C2 chassis
C4: as massive an improvement over the C3 as the C2 had been over the C1
C5: yet more progress
C6: an update of the C5, but still an improvement, unlike the C3

They could make a lot of money selling this one with modern engines and equipment. But they don't. It's sad to say, there're few of them in a good shape.

An '82? Fast? Not really. Power peaked in 1970. By 1982 it had ebbed to about 200 horsepower. The '84 had the same woeful power, but in a lighter platform, and power just went up from there.

Really great model. Well done, except the tops of the seats are wrong, and the mirrors seem to be a bit off. It's also missing a inside windshield mirror. Don't get me wrong though, I still think its a great job.
