I dunno what to call them yet so let's stick with war maidens for now >.<So uhh, they're essentially your japanese shrine maidens or miko, they perform the same duties like rituals, sacred cleansings, taking care of shrines etc etc just with the added tasks and privileges of authority figures. SO yea they're pretty much police priestesses xD They're like sisters here.... think Charlie's Angel, without Charlie xD That's pretty much it xD
So in the front most we have Reika, the current captain of the team, has all the characteristics of a leader, an excellent strategist and probably the most popular of the group. The still nameless one with the bow and arrow is Reika's apprentice. The one behind her is none other than our homegirl Shuin! <: D Kind at heart but very fuckin stern most of the time, she is also the captain of the infiltration team and trains most of them. The one with the double bladed katana is Yomie, the fiercest of the bunch, head combat instructor for the military, serious most of the time, cold and all around just a badass bitch xD. then finally the one at the back most . . . . i think i'll leave her as a mystery for now xDD

I love this picture. Its always nice to see a picture like this. I kinda have a thing for artwork that features weapons, (kinda a main reason why I like the Naruto franchise so much). Will you be doing more like it?

Just look at the energy in that! You'd think they were all in the middle of combat - and the tasteful design on the clothes (short skirt on a miko? well, in my eyes, you pull it off), the powerful body language, the facial expressions...! *chatters happily with self* Love it. =3
Would like to say, though, Reika's apprentice might not want to hold her thumb like that, it's not very stable.

This is wonderful. Your artwork is truly remarkable and the characters are all beautiful. I love the colors. I'm writing a Shinobi story for my friends, staring them as the main characters. This one and "The Infiltration Squad" have really given me inspiration! Your characters remind me a lot of how I'm trying to portrait them.

A very nice all female group, fine attires, wonderful positioning and a great group pose. The lack of background is fitting, as it might damage the group's contrast, although it could still be done. There might be a better title but I wouldn't be able to suggest one, sorry. Well done, looking forward to more sXeven.
