Description The main Foot Soldiers of the Black Spiral Syndicate in the world of Kiryuku. They are fanatically devoted to Lord Death Spiral 's will, they are his eyes and ears, and if need be, an extension of his wrath. So devoted that it is said they give up even their identities to their dark master, cutting off all ties to their past lives to dedicate themselves better to the cause of the Syndicate.

So yeah the faceless Putty/Tenga/Cog/Chromites/etc. 'henchmen' of this villainous group. The cannon fodder, though in the case of this example... more like a cult almost than just random creations. Still trying to figure out some more info and details for this concept, mostly involving Lord Death Spiral himself really more than anything.

Used the lanky (and creepy) Freeman from "Garou: Mark of the Wolves" for the main base, and I think Iron Man's helmet for their neat little masks. Am quite happy with how these turned out.

Well, the Putties are more iconic, but Zeo was my childhood series so I'll always remember the Cogs.

sadly my fandom of the Rangers started to peter out after the Ninja/Shogunzords, really in and around that whole 'Children Rangers'/Alien Rangers storyarc.

Not a fan of that arc, or just happened to generally lose interest around that time?

generally lost interest. Keep in mind this was in and around the time where they seemed to just switch powers, vehicles, and themes every four months. They had the Thunderzords, then in short order (felt like within the range of 3 years) they had the Ninjazords, Shogunzords, Zeozords and Turbozords.

Nice, I like the idea of them being fanatical cultists, or at least heavily brainwashed.
