One thing I've noticed is people keep complaining about how annoying Pyrrha's timidness is. Anyone kidnapped at the age of three and raised by a homicidal psychotic is bound to be messed up, and Pyrrha got off extremely lucky in that department. Namco wrote her as being timid and clumsy because the character archetype is popular in Japan, where it's considered cute. It's like how the brooding vengeful anti-hero archetype (I'm looking at you, Sasuke Uchiha) is labelled "emo" by Western audiences but is considered cool in Japan.

That is so true. I liked Pyrrha despite her timidness, but I would like her to grow some backbone in a future game.

It's a pity the remaining 3/4 of Story Mode was never finished and packaged as DLC a la Asura's Wrath. I'd have definitely paid for that. We'll have to wait for Soulcalibur VI, I guess.

If they have the guts to do it, I would get it too. They should also either put Zasalamel as another DLC Character or as a Scythe Fighting Style, either way; I want to use a scythe.

They're done with SCV DLC, and sadly there were no other DLC characters than Dampierre.

They may not... the production of sequels in a series is contingent on the financial success of existing games, hence the discontinuation of the Dead Space and possibly Tomb Raider series. SCV was in general negatively received, mainly due to the unfinished story mode and to the drastic changes to the game's cast, so there is a possibility that Project Soul may be shut down.

Don't know if that's true since he is playable and has been stated in the artbook that he is looking for Amy, but yeah, they even have the same voice, both English and Japanese.
