It's been a while... anyways
Number 16 is.. Ampharos! I earned a lot of respect for Ampharos in Pokemon Crystal and SoulSilver. You can catch Mareep early on in the game and it's pretty damn useless.. but ends up being useful as Flaaffy, and became my team hero once it became Ampharos.
In this picture it's using thunderpunch since well it's a cool move..
And now, it even has a mega evolution! That thing saved me in Pokemon Y,

I admit, I don't like how this one turned out as much as the other 4, but whatever it isn't THAT bad...
