Jumping on the meme bandwagon (again) because it's a fun way to procrastinate~And after seeing some other people's meme... I'm a bit disappointed by how slow I'm improving ^_^;;

Not only do I remember your art from all the way back in '03, I still have some of those artworks saved to my computer from waaaaay back then! I know I still have the Orin one and the... Fer...ch...I don't remember how to spell his name BUT he's awesome xD;;; (the one of the 3rd pic from 2003)

I don't think you're slow in improving I think you show a steady increasing slope of improvement and finesse. I only got to know your art during 08 with the OP fanart and so it's so interesting to see a snippet of your earlier works.

For me, it's wonderful to see I'm not the only one improving slowly! For years I have thought that since I started drawing as 11 years old (I'm 18 now), I should have "mastered" it by now. And the fact that I still kinda suck at drawing made me want to practise it even less. But now I've realized that improving is still improving, no matter how fast of slowly it happens. : D

Maybe you don't really see the improvement because your style changed a lot. From anthro to humans, it's a big change.
And still, I can see where you improved easily : the faces shapes are much better, the overall proportions of your characters, and mostly, (holy crap, can't find the English word for that ... sorry, you'll have to find a good online translator for this one ; here's the word ... in French) the "mise en scène". We can see a whole story behind your drawings ; it's not simply characters standing there.
And THAT is something unbelievably hard to do. So congrats, you're an amazing artist (but I guess you already knew that, haha)

Ma langue maternelle est le français, donc j'ai pas de problème à comprendre "mise en scène" XD (ça serait p't'être "setting" en anglais?)

A good question that I'm not sure how to answer XD;; I just looked at the photoshop file and... it looks like my usual stuff, 'cept with zigzagging light and lot of blue. Not very helpful huh?
