Still playing around with the style thing. Β The design doesn't make sense, but I don't really want critiques at this point because I'm just playing around and having fun and trying things out.Special thanks to Jet for giving me the motivation to do my own thing.

I've been watching you on Youtube for a little while now and just found out you had a Deviant Art. I don't know why I didn't think to look before. Most of your videos have been very helpful to my amateurish coloring. And the boob video definitely helped. You'd think since I'm female, I'd be able to draw them well... Nope. xDΒ
Anyway, I wanted to put my little input here about your style experimentation. Not to critique, though. Just some thoughts. I like the color choice here. I especially love it when bright colors gradate to darker colors. It's a good contrast between things. I guess the only thing that really bugged me here was the collar. It just feels like the shape doesn't harmonize well with her huge armored arm, mainly because of the huge gap in the neck. I guess that's just my taste though.Β It'd be pretty cool if the armor was covering her skin up through her neck and to her right cheek, if that even makes sense. The colours and detailing are perfect. Would you say you used that tear mask technique from your How to choose colours that work video?

this style is really appealing. Now that you are doing your own thing i can feel you in your piece, it feels more real, not like a piece of struggled work. there is a flow.

the claw looks like it is inspiered by Joe Mad, but that is not a bad thing 'cus it looks cool

The inconsistency between the face and the rest of the body bothers me, and there are kinda weird transitions everywhere. Lines are prett good and I feel like you're trying to mix the pointy thing (which imo is very unique for you) and more rounded things with the shading and stuff. The thing is, the amount of each in the drawing looks kinda unbalanced and spread all over it, it's pretty obvious how drastically different the face shading and the boobs shading are and I feel like there should be a meeting point between those things, without breaking the soft+pointy mix if possible. Does that make sense?
Maybe you should actually play more with what you're doing here to get that "natural balance". But idunno, it's just my honest and amateurish opinion, it probably doesn't help a bit but I really hope it does, your stuff's pretty cool man.

That's a very good mindset sinceΒ the art should create the audience and not the other way around, so good on ya, Sycra.
Still, I'm secretly in love with your cartoony caricatures most of all...I find they have a lot of personality, or at least are visually interesting in a way.
Works like this one don't make me feel much, however...
Same with Sinixes stuff. Rarely am I really invested in his work cause I'm not impressed by gratuitous (mech)details, apart from the workload by actually creating them, of course, I acknowledge that, but I'd rather take a funny, ghetto rigged carboard box robot over an iroically generic slap-more-tubes-and-bevels-onto-the-zbrush-blob cyborg face, meh.
Etc.
This is just some anime chick with a korean(or `asian epic', another thing I am rarely impressed by, no matter how many crystal feathers they put into their epic free to play game angel-knight character) MMO evillllllll boo boo scary arm making a -_- face,Β it's just meh and lifeless to me.
Why tell you all this though? I guess I felt slighted by your description, and while I wholeheartedly support it on a priciple level, seeing it spelled out made it feel like a fuckoff to critics thing, which might not be intended, but yeah
It's just complicated in your particular case since you did works of such a broad spectrum and I can't just walk away on ya 
Anyway. Good luck in finding what pleases you the most, that really *is* the most important thing, imho.

Finally man! Keep it up! Have your own opinion and do what You think is the best for You! And I really like it ^^ The hand reminds me of Hellboy, though it's much more stylish, also, the colours are awesome ^^ One thing I don't really like is the face, and I don't mean pointiness (it's a word now), but the shape of the jaw. Maybe the cheeck is a bit to high, I'm not sure.Β

omfg Sycra this is really good and honestly keep at it because it seems better lols, you need to share this on Youtube or perhaps another drawing with details like this with the processes, though with mature content somehow or make some gems near the regions such as being clothes

Wow man ... My jaw droped to the floor - awsome style. Althou the left brest is .... a ... hmm ... squer-ish (?) a bit, and the fingers on the left hand are a little wierd - like they have no bones in them

10 hours a day is a good amount! Β I think the most I ever got to was 12 hr a day... Β 16 hour maybe for a deadline or something, but even for me 10 is a lot! Β You must be improving fast.
I think the next livestream may be in another week... Β Maybe around June 17th area... Β I have to check with people and see my availability though. Β Very hard to plan things when you don't know what work you'll be doing on what day!
