Holy moly that is adorable! That is one really really cute Dragon Girl! Her whistling pose, cute outfit and adorable design combine wonderfully. The art style is awesome too, it's kind of "cartoony", but in a way that is instantly charming. Thanks for sharing it, needless to say I really enjoyed it a lot.
