It's only fanon that Lyra and Bon Bon are good friends and possibly live together, but I love this pair. Lyra is usually the odd/funny one and Bon Bon plays the straight man.My Little Pony copyright Hasbro, of course.

Actually, Bon Bon's toy packaging confirms it. But, confirms pretty much what you said, that is (good friends, roommate, Lyra the weird one and Bon Bon the straight man) rather than the full fanon perception of them (where they're married and Tootsie Flute is their kid.) However, Hasbro didn't consider 'em roomies until after fans had long considered them to be long-term romantic partners, so I always considered that a nod.
But however you see their relationship, a day in their lives probably looks a bit like this.
