I was talking about puffs at like noon so I decided to try and them again but??Puffs are the shit but when I draw them they are shit.

Good: All of the techniques used in this drawing is good, without the thick black outlines, it make the drawing more rich and more "premium" feel. Also the whole theme of the color red and using an appropriate opposite color like green gives off a good visual appeal.
Bad: There were some shadings which are questionable like the one on her hand, and bit of her hair (I have no idea where that shadow is supposed to be from). The hair could use something to make it feel flowy because what am I seeing, it looks like he hair has harden and feels like the hair is made out of vinyl. Also more shading could be needed on the face and some on her dress. Lastly (This one is optional and may be picky) the whole background and the puff seems a tiny out of place, maybe fixing it up with saturation might help.
Conclusion: Focusing on techniques itself, is great, only slight details kinda breaks the whole visual appeal. Originality wise, I know is a puff not going to judge that, but I will say, the design reminds me of mad hatter a bit. Either way, still good.

This is so amazing. When I looked at it the first time, I was thinking of a word that would describe it accurately and amazing seemed a bit too overused and not quite fit to what I was looking for. The word I'm thinking more is dazzling, those colors, her facial expression and that lovely dress she has all screams dazzling to me. Very pretty as well, plus the cuteness of the PPG style to attract a bunch of comments I bet! :3 Nice job~ <333
