I don't know how many other people struggle with this. But, with me personally I've always had a hard time with my meds. Between believing I can do just fine without them or just not trusting them. The idea of questioning if i even really need them but when I'm questioning that is usually in moments that i do really need them.

Ive heard how this isn't uncommon between people who have mental illnesses and have medications they have to take. With anyone else who also struggles with feelings like this know that it is important to keep taking your meds as prescribe even with how hard it can be sometimes. You got this.
