While the Sasquatch is a primarily peaceful creature, preferring to live in seclusion, the Yeti is a far more vicious beast, stalking the Himalayas in search of food. Standing at 8 feet tall, and also being made of muscle, the Yeti is a frightening predator to encounter. Able to bound through the deep snow with ease, and capable of overpowering an adult yak, no hiker ever wants to meet up with a Yeti. They say even just the roar of a Yeti is enough to paralyze the most brave of souls.

The most notable encounter with a Yeti took place in 1956, when a small team of explorers tried to best Mount Everest. They were stalked and slowly picked off by one of the beasts as they scaled the mountain. The sherpa guiding them, aware of what the creature was, was able to lure it out with a yak before the team caused an avalanche to bury the Yeti for good.
