This is Charlie, a card in the game I helped create, Familiar Mythic Arena by Gryphon Mount Games

Basically when you use the featured ability of Aluwen, the queen of the water horses, she turns your creature into this horse-Charlie! Poor Charlie doesn't do much other than eat hay and give you a bit of a kick lol.
