ooh! that sounds interesting. i'm not good with tools so i probably won't get that far. Face ups and tatoos however I'm looking into.

Yeah subtractive mods can be pretty daunting when you start out XD they really are fun though~ (though I do agree faceups are tattoos are less scary, and more fun than modding ahah)

well i'm still just making clothes atm, i'm on the search for someone's spare body/head going cheap...even if it's damaged it'll let me practice first. Bliss deserves the best.

For faceups and tattooing?
If that's what you need the practice parts for, I wouldn't bother spending the money. Buy the doll you want, and so long as you're using the proper materials you can redo the faceup/tats as many times as you want (or that's just my take, at least)

You could always send her out to get a faceup from an artist on DoA though? (or maybe even a local artist, if there is a doll community in your area)
