Description Rayt is a Sundigger, and a member of the Archon. He is 73 years old, and stands 14 feet tall, and sports two imposing arms used for ambulation, that dig into the ground brutally with each step using the spikes on their ends. He has pale skin, and ears that stick up from his head on either side, in addition to a singular red horn in the middle. He can discharge electric shocks through the ground wherever he wills them due to the influence of his Thunder Shard. He leads an organized army of Sundiggers. Before being claimed by Destro, he was roaming in Sudne Desert alone. His race had been the target of coordinated attacks by Thelsod and Kaara, from the west and south. More than once had Rayt had to defend himself alone from assailants bent on destroying their grotesque and destructive race. One by one they came, and the attacks never stopped - the nations saw them as a threat. Rayt got more and more frustrated, and his life consisted of either fighting or surviving.

Destro had entered the desert one day, and was greeted to a raging sandstorm. He observed the auras of the wildlife subsisting on the forbidding sands. After walking a while further, he heard cries of panic. The sundigger Rayt was stabbing his spike into the carcass of a morhosk over and over. Destro could clearly sense it was dead. But Rayt continued to eviscerate it furiously, as if venting his anger. After a while, the sundigger laid in the sand, tired. Upon stopping to rest, he saw a figure in front of him. It spoke: "I am Eledime Destro." Rayt cocked his head curiously. "Your rage and fury please me. I am Eledime Destro. If you'd like, I can give you more power, to crush yet greater foes." Rayt gave a smile, and nodded. Destro then put his hand to Rayt's head. Rayt felt a surge of energy, and his body grew, giving him newfound strength. He slammed his spike into the sand to see his new height, and he stood proudly, towering over Destro. Destro smiled. "You will establish our prowess throughout the land." He then left. Rayt felt a tingling sensation in his spikes, so he set his eye on a nearby fimproda. He drew his spike up and drove it into the ground with full force. The fimproda was instantly electrocuted from the shockwave, and burnt to a golden brown. Rayt glanced at his spikes, smiled, and walked on into the desert, proud of his newfound power.

He roved the desert, showing his superior strength to his sundigger brethren. Each one of them were impressed by his superior size and strength, and Rayt quickly became an alpha, the master of the desert. Before long, all the sundiggers in the desert answered to him, and they created a complex garrison system, for complete control and authority over the Sudne Desert. Engineers from Ovaradse would manufacture armor for the sundiggers, bolstering their defense and strength. The sight of an Archian sundigger terrified any soul that dared lay eyes on it. His army had become self-sufficient and organized, an entity able to defend itself. Rayt was the most cold and ruthless of them all. He would stage public executions of warriors from the two nations who came to combat the sundiggers. He would use them for grand feasts, along with every creature under the sun, for all his army to share in. Tales spread among their homelands of travelers who came, but never returned from the spacious Sudne Desert. They would regularly sack the Thelsodian villages to the west, and the Kaaran city of Stromerria to the south, entities who once looked down on their kind. One day, he was beckoned to Thelsod by an Ovaradsian aircraft, and he took one last bow for his following before leaving. He arrived at the ritual shrine, and was told by Destro that he would become a god. He simply nodded. But before the ritual could finish, Rayt was slain, dematerialized, and used against Destro.

40 years later, when Rayt returned to his sundigger army, they welcomed him. They resumed their military conquests. He delighted in the feeling of being feared again by his enemies. Before long, he would set his sights on the mountain country of Stromerria once again, and mobilize his forces to attack it as a sort of hurrah in honor of their return to action, a challenge to their military strength.
