(My style is cute and cartoony, but my characters are all over the age of 18)
This was a fun series. I wanted to see what sorts of places and people AI-chan and I could visit, and I tested a whole bunch of historic world cultures all at once.

The Powhatans were a large and powerful nation in what is today eastern Virginia. They probably could have stayed independent for much longer, but they were hit hard by disease, about 75% of all Powhatans died from European diseases during the 1600s.

For some reason, AI-chan is thoroughly convinced that the Powhatans were redheads, and not copies of Pocahontas. This is possibly because of the legend of Roanoke, an English colony that disappeared, but later generations of local natives had fairer skin, eyes and hair. The Powhatans were not shy about intermarrying with Europeans or Africans, so it's possible but I think the vast majority of Powhatans are dark haired and dark skinned like every other Native American peoples. Non-European peoples, come to think of it.
