Your line work, character design and proportions are all very good. I specifically like the face which is good since that is always the main focus of attention. The end of the tail has a very nice flow to it. If you want to improve it you may want to consider using thicker lines or some sort of shadow on the ground upon which your character stand. The lines and the shading on the armor of the arms and pants seem to be a bit confusing. I had to look at it a bit to figure out what is going on there. This may be personal preference but I find the background to be a bit yellow. All and all very well done.
