The worst name ever but I'm not good with these.Well I felt like it was time for a different villain to give Melody a ticklish treatment...and Doctor Otto Octavius was the perfect candidate...those tentacles were made for tickling people
Pic is updated. Head is smaller now. Including variants now. If any of you have ideas for some, I am open to suggestions. And will probably make them.
