As Xavier, she rather be call as Marta. This project has the hability to altered the mattered and changing their status of liquid, solid and gas. She can activate that ability by punching a solid structure to transformed into water, blow the the water or any structure solid to make it gas state, and by touching the water, make it solid.

She´s a tough girl with a strong personality, she´s normally angry of anything that pissed her off, and a strong fighter, but more deep of her, she asume responsabilities of any situation and with good thoughts. And shes the champion of a Combat Competition that happens in the story, that´s where Blade and his group met her.
