yeah I probably shouldn't have been so mean, but I got really pissed when I saw scootaloo blatantly lying about charlie and spreading misinformation. while it is important to separate art from its creators, scootaloo is trying to be friends with sprite even though many people told them that it was a bad idea. For the sake of privacy I'm not going to name who, because while I'm starting to not like scoots I still respect that she has a right to keep some stuff to herself. You weren't being harsh whatsoever so don't worry, I agree I get really nasty when I'm defending my friends

my guy, I've talked to charlie several times and they have shown proof that sprite was abusing them in their relationship, thats the reason why they dated so many times. even a close irl friend of charlie confirmed that they constantly went back to sprite out of fear that they would send their fanbase after them or hell even harass them! Charlie wasnt the only person who sprite abused though, goat was too. they constantly guilt tripped them into harassing charlie on a stream and pretended to have a break down when no one would do it. when goat spoke up about it and said that she didnt like harassing an innocent person, sprite ghosted her. since goat is okay with people sharing screenshots, i can send you proof. charlie on the other hand doesnt want any of their stuff leaked so I'm not going to share it

Also I feel like she never considered me as a friend to begin with. She never talked to me, and the last time she did it was to ask for things from me. Even if it wasn’t intentional, you still made them uncomfortable and that’s what matters. Despite what you claim, they didn’t “gossip” about it to anyone, they vented about it to us in a private server because they didn’t know what to do. I wouldn’t have brought it up for privacy’s sake, however you seem to be incredibly misinformed and decided to tell people that you cut off charlie because they were toxic...which no that’s not what happened at all.
Just because you felt like that was the case doesnt mean it’s the reality. I’m pretty sure charlie explained you you why they haven’t talked to you. It wasn’t because they didn’t value your friendship it was because they had trust issues and was only sticking to talking to close friends. I wasn’t able to talk to them that much for that reason alone, yet I still respect their decision because they went through a lot and need time to recover.
If they didn’t see you as a friend they wouldn’t have bothered to dm you about drawing art for alias. I promise you, they would’ve just blocked you on the spot if they really didn’t care. However it hurts to see someone who you consider a friend drawing art for someone who makes you feel uncomfortable and I established this in a previous reply that you deleted. I can confirm from experience that it frankly hurts to see someone you like admire someone who has hurt you.
They were hurt that you shrugged off their abuse as if it didn’t happen and even tried to explain to you that they were bad but you proceeded to ignore it. They didn’t want ember back but it was only after you started to make them feel uncomfortable that they decided that they wanted to take back their character. They also thought that you were going to try and befriend sprite and end up giving the character to them, just like how the previous owner of Raspberry did.

all good! i appreciate the explanation none the less! considering i don't know any of the people involved personally i don't want to push for personal stuff but I hope Charlie can gain the confidence to maybe share their side of the story, cause from what i've read from the comments it seems like some serious stuff has happened. i would like to thank you for leaving your comments as i had thought that Alias had changed and I was considering supporting him again, but obviously it seems like a bad idea to do so until he comes out with some form of proof that he's innocent, which I doubt will happen.
