Scoots is overloaded with commisions, like, almost 30 comms. That's 30+ PAID drawings that she's drawing. Scoot also has a life. She isn't a working art machine. Like you, and me, we all need rest, sleep, food, ect. Scootaloo might not always have the time to draw you.
If you want her to draw you, WAIT UNTIL THE COMMISSION OPEN AGAIN.
This is basically her JOB. She needs to get money.
If you want someone to draw you, PAY THEM. Or, enter contests/raffles where the prizes are art. Or you could find some open requests- That's right!! Some artists are WILLINg to draw for you. Don't ask artists who aren't 'can u draw me :3' because they probably don't have the time.
