SO, as you may or may not be able to guess, Felice is a relative of Alastor's. A certain someone on Tumblr created a brother character for Alastor, and my Alastor-had-a-huge-family-in-life-theorizing ass said "okay but what if MORE siblings." So! Baby sister! I have a ton to say about her, but it doesn't feel entirely appropriate to say it all here, so I'll wait and...either post a proper profile or just try to convey as much of it as possible when I write the intro scene I have planned.
