Description
Well this is the first I've submitted for a while due to busy-ness and it taking forever to do. After my last drawing I felt I'd gotten my graphite work to the technical standard I was happy with and thought some more color work was in order, and it was time to do something a bit different (easing myself into it obviously ;o) )Was inspired a bit by Neil Gaiman's Sandman, and all the philosophy lectures on AI, I found these two photos and thought they were exactly the ref photos I was looking for.

I don't remember if I already commented on this work before even though it's on my favorites, but I am looking at it again and I have to say it's fantastic. Every detail is just so carefully and beautifully drawn. The eyes alone are mesmerizing but I find the lips in particular absolutely perfect. Seriously, how you can draw lips to that level of realism and detail?! Excellent work.
I know you're super busy with your career and all but I'd really like to see you pick up a pencil again soon!

Wow, this is simply amazing. It has so much detail and wonderful coloring. I love the marking under her eye. Oh, and the fact that one eye is blue and the other is yellow. Beautiful!

Wow, I thought this was a photo from the thumbnail. Please don't be offended! It's just that good and detailed. Her eyes, hair, and lips are all really good and "soft" enough to let you know that it's an illustration.
