Hey, well, I'm really glad you liked it! But no, there wasn't enough interest for this one so I never completed it in vector. I may redraw it and ink it with ballpoint at some point though.
If you want, I would suggest printing it out and having your artist modify it more for you. That way it's even more custom made to you.
If you didn't notice, it's made to start inbetween and below the shoulder blades.

figured you'd say that but i was just seeing if i didn't disapoint you by getting it somewhere it wasnt meant to be (i like being respectful to artists). now all i have to do is how much it would and save up for it. thanks

Commission? I'm having trouble figuring out what they asked 'cause it's got a lot going on. I see stylistic waves all over the place, what look like jelly fish, starfish (or maybe octopi?), rays from like a sun, and clouds? Definitely looks like a tattoo, and it'll be interesting to see this vectored (although I do like how it is right now, and I think "simplifying" it might ruin the look the shading gives it. I really like the arrow point shape of it... infact, there's a lot about this I like. An excellent tattoo!!
