Mechasm still defeated the eliatropes and, cooperating with the gods of the pantheon, separated from Dofus. The souls remained in some way tied to the location of the artifacts and are reborn in the children of their people, without dragons, without memory of the past. While the dragons were forever stuck in Dofus and the gods used them to stabilize life on the planet. The dragon-loving Osamodas tried to bring them out of the dofuses, but the creatures born in the end were too uncontrollable and aggressive, so the gods gave up trying to revive the dragons. But Dofus were still available to mortals and, by a coincidence familiar to us, two of them met in the hands of one Huppermage.
