Billy is one of my RPG characters in The Patriots. Billy Chong is a former memeber of People's Liberation Army Navy Special Operation Forces. He is an excellent gunman/gunslingger who prefers the use of pistols and handguns. He is also a master in speechcraft and interrogation. He is fluent in a multitude of languages including English, French, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, and German.
