And now in the Reos kitchen nightmares, Problem and his cookings. (Fyi dragon tongues are very spicy plant thing.) Punatauti has got used to eccentric magenta things so this is nothing new. :v

I don't have any experience with a gas stove, but it sounds kind of explosive-included.

Basically, what happened was, as I was struggling to figure out how to use the lighter, flammable gas built up under/around the pot on the stove. So when I finally got the lighter to work, a lot of gas had accumulated over the stove.
Result: giant poof of fire.

Oh man I love Problem's enthusiasm! I feel great nervousness whenever trying/remixing recipes; let's just say that "honest critique appreciated" is a dinner tradition in our house. I should be more like Problem: fearless. AND GODLESS. Just. Dragon tongues in the oven, what were you thinking boy.

He has lot of this "this is most likely a bad idea, let's do it anyway" when it is something non-lethal. :'v Good thing that vays don't have microwaves, he'd most likely put that egg in it even if we all know it explodes.
