Description Not amused.

If there's one thing here I like, it is that scowl.

¤ Red ink, colour pencils, white ink. Experiment with reddish atmosphere and unfortunately reasonable random sketch of an anthro MoA.

Why unfortunately?
There is always a positive good reason to draw an anthro MoA Simply because sheit looks cool. I'd told myself to draw the normal MoA the next time I draw her, though. I like this version too much and give the original too less credit *derp*
Probably not the best one of her, Omen is unbeatable written in mah head |D but I guess this was really fun to paint. At least it looks like it x> I like the wings though. They have a really great position. (You did some sudden improvement somewhere during last year anyways. I think ti started with the flying MoA who breaks through clouds. The wings were suddenly drawn very different than before and after that most following pictures had those improved wings. That was a quiet sudden positive evolution x> (At least from the view of a watcher who only sees the pictures uploaded here))
It's also nice how the original colors still manage to be visible without looking ridiculous dirty. For a little critique: (even though I usually avoid being a nitpicker /o) it'd be nice if there'd be a strong shadow on the Shirt too. Especially on the neck, where the arms are posed and on possible folds. Right now it looks 100% stiff and flat... like a piece of very tin textile you pull on all edges, or more like plastic. I don't even think it is because of the lack of strong shadows but rather because the rest of her is really intensive shaded while the shirt has barely noticeable darker areas. It also jumps really into the eye (because of the shading problem on it it also isn't clear (for someone who doesn't know the character |D) if her fur crest is on top of the shirt or the shirt is simply ripped on the curve... it's fun to know her crest layers can separate this clearly though x>)
When we talk about shadows: The fur-shading on her wing-muslce/bone-start looks really nice. The leather at her arm has a nice light reflecting effect too (You improved with that as well. I guess it comes form all the dark characters xP) And because nitpicked the shirt, now the other way around: The folds on her right knee are done really well. Especially because of the red light they really stand out in a positive way, It can be seen really well how her legs are posed (instead of being just a straight line where nobody could tell if there is air or character under that part x>)

Suddenly the lack of gender seems odd. Genderless anthro characters are rare, I guess.
Also because of that: Do you have any imagination of her voice? I guess my problem is that I imagine her with a very clearly female voice. A quiet common deep female voice of the 30ths, maybe. Does she even has a female voice or one that cannot be clearly decided between the genders? I'd just like to have the right imagination here x> Oh: And is there a difference between the common feral MoA and anthro version? (I didn't think so, but it'd be good to remember that if there is a difference)
Hay, I managed to do a comment on a MoA picture that is actually about the picture... feels like I haven't done that for years. Well...probably I indeed haven't <__<

And there comes Schwarznebel with a textwall...like nearly always. |D

Anthro MoA doesn't have fixed design. For some reason "it" could be valid too, technically MoA is now genderless and called a she only thanks to historical reasons. |p
Wings have evolved slowly, at least I can say they're better than, well, ten years ago. The same with fur and folds. But one thing that is not better is my scanner's skill to make different hues of red look different (seriously, you should see the original thing. The reds are not so similar...MASS of red. I wasn't even surprised when scanned version looked like this, so I'm not surprised about the critique either. x> ... Oh well I didn't even try make too strong shadows on the shirt, but it is still less...MASS OF RED in real. |D)

I'm not too sure about the voice. Often I have thought to give my voice buuut it doesn't fit completely. At least I have voice that sounds older from what I am.
Anthro MoA is not so fixed character. Probably the only differences are that the latter wears clothes and is smaller (I mean smaller if compared to real MoA who stands on hind legs. Anthro version is more suitable to that paralled universe where those all hypothetical anthros exist.)

Oh I didn't even know Anthro MoA is a kind of hypothetical character. I rather thought it was... "just a anthro version for random fun pictures" xP But that'S cool, too. I remember the Gryphon royal family. I guess MoA would exist there in similar comedic effect, haha.

Ah yeha red ruining scanners. They are good with that. If there is MUCH ink it surely looks nice in reality x>

Isn't that just like a hypothetical something should be? A random thing, to be or not to be, maybe is valid somewhere or maybe not. (I like the word "hypothetical", it leaves so many thing open.) x>

At least it looks...redder.

This creature I feel has the business serious business and a lot of feathers to I feel. Big wings that are on the head are just one part, the other being the ones that actually allow for flight, and fem claws in the tail also is nice. The use of colors is bright in red, and some also in blue, the pose and grunge like setting are a nice finishing touch to the image.

Tästä puuttuu jotain pientä ja oranssia nurkasta. B<
Mmmm, olet kyllä onnistunut tuon punaisuuden kanssa, se hohkaa mukavasti kaikista pinnoista kuvassa, oikein mukavaa. :3

That is an overall very menacing look, I'd rather not stand on MoA's way today .___.

Very good job with the coloured light and atmosphere! I really like how you used the red ink!
