Name origin: Finnish mythology. Hittavainen was a forest spirit of Karjala, which helped people chasing rabbits. It is said Hittavainen is related to Hiisi. From those there's the word hitto, which is nowadays a such common swearing word too - could be translated as "heck".
This monster may have some bad habits but he's totally worth of trust. If you ask Hittomon to bring you something and you pay the price what Hitto says, he will come back with the asked thing, no matter how long it takes. Hittomon has shrewd personality and plans. He tricks other monsters to get what he wants, yet not hurt anybody or anyone unreasonably.
Horseshoe magnet around his neck can be used as weapon - it either releases or rejects electricity. His bare fists are reasonable weapon too due to big hands and well-aimed punches.
