My next collection of drawings are to commorate Michael Jackson's history in music videos. (not in any particular order) There is no doubt that he has brought originality to the medium that no-one else can immitate yet use him as in inspiration.Here we have "Stranger in Moscow", a song about the country Moscow from an outsiders point of view and how tainted the government is.
The music video is all filmed in slow motion, as though we are in a incomprehensible daze whilst walking through the streets of Moscow. The only thing that brings the people together and cleanses them is the rain.
Created in pencil crayons and chalks. Text and signature added in Ulead.

Oh wow, you really captured the emotion of this video perfectly. The black and white, Michael's facial expression... Really nice.
I love this song. It was so honest. The fact that Michael wrote it while on tour while feeling sad and alone just makes it so autobiographical. He's a genius, man.

Well, I wouldn'nt say "got off" is the right way of putting it as that sounds to me you mean he "got away with it"....
Plus the media are making up all the trash about his debts, MJ can clear his debts easily - he aint one of the most popular and talented entertainers for nothing

I really used to think that due to the B&W tones that this video was directed by Mark Romanek, but of course now the differences in filming is quite vast when the two are compared!
How you've incorporated the rain is done really well
Oh course, I love the B&W combined with the coloured iris' of MJ, it all looks so purdifull!
