Didn't like how that storyline ended. Still love the Wolfpac, listen to their theme every now and then, but..what were they thinking? With the hype they had, even a subpar match would have been better than giving us all the finger(poke). They could have even salvaged it if the rest of the Wolfpac came rushing in with a vengence and beat the crap out of both Nash and Hogan. But no..

..and I still think the Wolfpac should have just had the wolf insignia, not the nWo red as opposed to white. I mean, really..

I pretty much agree with you on everything. Funny how the ideas of random people are better than ones of the bigwigs who ran the company.

Part of that is we have hindsight, the other part is that they forget what they're selling. Eric thought he was selling a soap opera. Paul was trying to sell mindless brutality. Vince..I'm not sure what he's trying to sell anymore. At one point it was a mix of the other two, now it's like one of the not-so-good Rocky movies and Loony Tunes put together. Warm feeling for a bit, but if he had legitimate competition then he'd be paying for it right about now..I miss the days when we had all three.

Seriously. There isn't any stiff competition for Vince, because the "geniuses" at TNA can't figure out what the hell they want to be.

Oh, they want to be the revival of ECW and WCW, it's just that they don't really know how. They're copying tricks they'd seen before, not even trying to come up with something new. Even worse, they're only putting over well-established stars. I mean, there's only so high you can put the pedestal you're standing the veterans on. I mean, how much further up the ladder could Hogan or Sting get by this point? Part of what made the old days so good was we had new guys coming so much that any talk of who's at the top were estimates, never completely accurate.

Once TNA finds a style to call its own, and stops trying to be what they're not, then they'll be able to stand proud. At the moment, however, they're just the little kid on the block that brags all day with nothing to show for it.

Spot on analysis there man. I like the old stars and all, but c'mon. There's barely any of the original TNA performers there anymore. They're all taking their ball and chains home, and going back to the bush-leagues, like ROH (which isn't a bad thing by any means) but it is a darn shame. I remember back from 2004-2006 where TNA used to showcase some of the greatest matches I've ever seen in my life.
