Not bad. There are some things you want to watch when drawing characters and people.

What works:
You have nice line work. Nice and clean.
I like the pale colors.

What doesn't work:

Anatomy: Needs work. Overall it's not terrible but has obvious flaws. The proportions are the biggest issue. The entire torso is too long. This results in the arms being too short and she is stretched out. Her right hand (our left) is a bit too small as well.

Make sure you are doing some structure drawing first before you go in and draw the entire thing. It's a bit more tough to do traditionally because you cant mirror it like you can digital to get another view of it. Just be aware and double check everything.

Hope this helps.

This piece is well drawn. The line art is very good. You captured the curves and posture of the subject very well. And it is pretty sexy. The shadows on her body is okay. The coloring is nice. It doesn't look messy . It's neat and tidy. God job with those.

Vision
--------
But the overall piece just feels empty and without substance. Maybe it's the lack of objects in the work. It doesn't quite draw one into it. Maybe if you drew her in a closet or a bedroom or gave some sort of interesting background, it would have made the piece a whole lot better. This looks as if it's not an art piece. It feels more like a figure practice doodle. I assume that's not what it is considering the fact that you requested a critique for it. There should be more than just the subject. Just an empty background for a subject in motion is not going to have the same level of impact as a lively background. The surroundings of the subject is also important. Artists sometimes spend more time on background than the subject itself to reinforce the piece as a whole. Because that's how important it is. You kinda made the subject as well as the whole piece look less interesting by giving that grey plain background. You need to have a clear vision of the background and the art work as a whole.

Originality
-------------

Well I don't have much to say about originality. It's nothing mind blowing , but it is very good.

Technique
--------------

Now, I'm not familiar with the medium you seems to have used. But your technique is very good. But when it came to the background the strokes became a bit messy and rushed. I understand why. It is just a lot of plain flat area that needs to be filled with a relatively small tip. But if you gave her a surrounding environment, this issue could have been solved. You'll get smaller blocks of area that needs individual attention and gradients.

Impact
------------

Due to the flaws I mentioned about the background, the overall impact was lost.
