Contest entry for ~equine-tendency 's fantasy-horses contest.Not what I call ready, and shurely not the winning pic, but that's the most I could come up with, since I was totally lacking time...

Yes, you can. Though I have a few terms you should keep in mind: Proper crediting and the link to the original gallery that you have promised, also pls don't modify anything other than the size (cropping is allowed) and don't make any money from my art.

Honey, either try to use proper English so I can understand or at least decipher what you ment by that or just use plain old Hungarian for crying out loud... I'm Hungarian and I happen to like this language, so please, please just use it if it doesn't bother you too much !

Nice mate, good use of colors and the anatomy seems to be correct as well. I'm currently working on a monster manual for legendary tales were I'm suposed to draw a pegasus and a uncorn, I've never done it so I''m kind of nervous.

Don't be ^^ It is fairly easy to draw horses. You'll see! Even I can manage it, so there should be no problems on your side ^^... But should ya not like yer own ideas, find some horse pics on the net... they give great basics.

That is great. I think a little tweaking with the wings, as said before, and maybe some rainbows in the crystals would make it look perfect.

The anatomy of the horse's body is well done, as is the shading. The background is done in a color and texture that sets it off well also. The only thing that mars the piece is the wing anatomy; perhaps a reference or two next time would help with that. The positioning of its right (our left) wing is also a bit off: the horse is standing in a slightly angled position, but the wings have been done as if the horse is fully facing the viewer. A little tweaking and this would be marvelous. ^..^

As for the wings: I knew, one was way off when I finished the lineart, but didn't feel like redrawing the hole for it, but thx for the additional help on bouth... I'll try that reference idea next time.
