PLEASE VIEW THE FULL IMAGE,
This was after the My Chemical Romance show in Cleveland, Ohio (4/22/08) Frank came out about an hour or so after the show was over, and he met all of the fans that were standing outside. You weren't allowed to take pictures WITH him-- because he wanted to meet EVERYONE and didn't have too much time. I got a video of me meeting him; but the only picture I got of him was this one. & Thank god it came out crystal clear (:
You can even see the fuzz on his hat, and you can literally count the hairs on his face! lmao.
I think i'm going to write a review of the concert soon,
