This is fascinating. Something about it reminds me of Lady Gaga or something that she would do. I think you have really emphasised the dark areas of your piece well. Her expression and the hands are brilliant.
Each part of your deviation looks fine but when you look at it all together the proportions aren't quite right. The shoulders seem to be a bit too narrow and need to be slightly more defined in roundness before flowing into the arm I think. the neck seems to be a bit too bulky for that torso. Her face seems fine but logically I suppose I question whether her head can carry the weight of those hands - The one on her right hand side looks especially big and heavy to me. I suppose I'd suggest smaller more slender feminine hands but seeing as this is a surreal piece that doesn't really matter anyway.
